Pork & Mushroom Agnolotti and Parmesan Panna Cotta (w/ wine pairings)
So this dish was originally going to be raviolis, but after taking a mental picture of the finished product the round panna cotta and round raviolis were a bit redundant. Quick fix, agnolotti!
