Caesar dressing recipe… without anchovy

You may never buy Caesar dressing again!

3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 1/2tbsp Dijon Mustard
1tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2c Olive Oil
1tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2tsp Garlic Powder

In a blender, food processor or with a hand emulsifier, blend your minced garlic, Dijon mustard, vinegar and mayonnaise. Slowly add your olive oil, continue blending while you do so. Once fully blended, stir in your lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder with a spoon.

Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
